President of Gabon -- Destitute Wife Files for Divorce ... In L.A.

The President of Gabon in West Africa has 2 wives with very different lives ... one who lives in the presidential palace and the other who's on welfare. Guess who's unhappy and wants a divorce?

President Ali Bongo Ondimba lived in L.A. when his dad was the president. He met a woman named Inge in 1991 and married her 3 years later. They had 3 kids and lived lavishly ... private jets, mansions, cooks, the works. In fact, in 2006, Inge was featured on a VH1 show -- 'Really Rich Real Estate' -- where she bid $25 mil on a Malibu mansion.

But then Ali's dad died and he became President of Gabon, which required him to move back to his homeland. Inge followed him but claims her life was a nightmare. She says witch doctors convinced her husband she was crazy and as a result she was beaten, mutilated and kidnapped.

Inge escaped and came back to L.A. Ali got married to another woman and Inge says he completely cut her off financially. Inge says she hasn't received a dime since 2008.

Fast forward to September 2015 ... Inge, who says she's living on welfare, filed for divorce. In the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Inge says she and her 16-year-old son are living on $524 a month in public assistance.

She's asking for full custody and spousal support.

There's an obvious dilemma -- California courts are going to have a problem getting jurisdiction over the president of an African country.

But Ali may have a problem, too. He married a much younger woman, Sylvia Valentin, and it looks like polygamy may be an issue.

The rapper says he'll coronate the 5 bedroom home, "The Codeine Castle."  Its "Beetlejuice"-like purple interiors are pretty spectacular. There's even a purple weight room ...  perfect since he's been beefin' up in the muscle dept.

There's a basketball court and an oasis pool with a waterfall, slide, mini-beach, and a swim-up BBQ and bar. There's also a huge yard for his two huskies ... Kody and Jody.

Jody Highroller, aka Riff Raff, isn't quite yet the proud owner of the $1.299 million home -- it's still in escrow.

Only thing missing ... neon aquaberry Versace pillows.

'Big Brother' Austin & Liz -- Showmance Survives ... We're In Love

"Big Brother" stars Austin Matelson and Liz Nolan are shattering the taboo of reality show romance ... much to the dismay of a torrent of online haters.

Austin tells TMZ when Big Brother ended ... he was flooded with messages calling him a "disgusting cheater" and "classless" for breaking up with his then-GF on TV.

For the non-fans ... Austin and Liz kicked off a relationship early in the show ... despite the fact that Austin was a taken man.  

They both got called out for the love triangle ... in one of the most awkward moments of the season.

Austin says, he and Liz are now exclusively dating, have met each other's families and Liz plans on moving from Miami to LA to be close to him.

Love is cool ... but $500k would have bought a lot of friends.

Gilbert Arenas -- I Busted My Ex Blabbing About Me ... See Ya in Court, Laura Govan!

Gilbert Arenas caught Laura Govan red-handed leaking their email exchange to a blogger -- and now he's calling her out in front of a judge ... according to court docs.

In the docs filed by the ex-NBA star, he says he has text messages between Laura and the blogger, who last week published details from the emails ... which included allegations of infidelity and domestic violence.

Arenas says Laura violated a court order -- just signed in August -- to keep her mouth shut about him ... when she leaked the email. Specifically, the court order says Laura cannot make "derogatory or disparaging remarks" about Gilbert.

Arenas also accuses Govan of leaking a letter his attorney sent to hers, screwing up their visitation agreement and violating the rules for exchanging their 4 kids.

Gilbert blowing the whistle on Laura could potentially change their current custody arrangement, if a judge agrees she blabbed.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star Jax Taylor -- Sues Shoe Company ... You Owe Me Big For Wearing Your Kicks

Jax Taylor is in a legal battle with a shoe company he claims agreed to pay him to wear its gear, and now he's taking them to court. 

According to legal docs ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star reached an agreement with XCALIBUR SHOES in 2014. The agreement says in exchange for endorsing the shoes, Jax would receive $20 for each pair sold in his collection. He would also be given 10% of the total net sales he generated. 

However, according to Jax, XCAL has gone sour on their end of the deal -- failing to pay him at least $25,000. He also says the bum deal has made it hard for him to find similar work ... since XCAL's competitors won't want to work with him now.

A rep for XCALIBUR had no comment.

Brian Austin Green -- Officially Asks Megan Fox for Spousal Support

Brian Austin Green just put it in writing ... he's asking soon-to-be ex-wife Megan Fox for spousal support. 

In the docs filed Tuesday, Green checks the box for spousal support ... a move we saw coming.TMZ broke the story ... Green has worked very little since last December when he and Megan were in a car wreck. Megan was not injured but Brian now has a serious medical condition ... vertigo, affecting his balance and ability to work.

Megan is still working on big time movies and has a steady income.

As we've reported this break-up is as amicable as can be -- Brian and Megan are still living under the same roof and co-parenting their sons.

Katy Perry got some girl on girl action from a "rolling" fan she brought onstage at the Rock In Rio festival.

Things started off sweet with the fan showering Katy with a few kisses, and then she decided to cop a feel of Katy's boobs -- which is when KP reaches the conclusion, "She's rolling!" 

The girl's name remains a mystery ... even after she slurred it multiple times onstage. Watch the video, you'll see what we mean, but gotta hand it to Katy -- she handled it like a champ.

The whole exchange is hysterical, right up to the fan's grab-ass exit.

'Street Outlaws' -- Car Shop Shot Up

The stars of "Street Outlaws" are dealing with a real criminal situation ... after their store was left riddled with bullets.

Oklahoma City PD tells TMZ they are still on scene investigating a shooting at Midwest Street Cars -- where "8 or 9" bullet holes were left in the building.

We're told the shooting happened Monday night -- and since nobody was working -- there were no injuries.

Sources with the Discovery show tell us armed men also showed up at the home of one of the stars -- Murder Nova -- but were scared off when he went outside.  We're told there is security footage.

Cops say they don't have suspects or a motive yet.

Derrick Rose -- Accuser Consented to Group Sex ... Mad Over Sex Toy

NBA superstar Derrick Rose says he and his friends are NO RAPISTS -- claiming the ex-girlfriend accusing them of drugging and gang raping her is LYING because she gave them consent to have sex on the night in question ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports. 

We broke the story ... Rose's ex sued the Chicago Bulls player claiming Rose and his friends broke into her L.A. apartment in 2013 and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. 

Rose has now filed docs of his own in which he claims the accuser "consented to sexual interaction with more than one co-defendant on more than one occasion, consented to sexual interactions on the day in question, and invited the defendants to her apartment and buzzed them in."

Rose says things were so cool the following day -- the accuser casually had a cup of coffee with her roommate in the morning after the sex ... and headed into work for a full shift. The implication is that a rape victim would have been way too distraught to have done any of that. 

In the docs, Rose says the woman only began to get upset with him a few weeks or months later because she felt she should have been reimbursed for one of the sex toys she bought and used during the night in question. 

Rose says the woman got even angrier with him because he started ignoring her texts.

The woman is suing for unspecified damages. This week, Rose said he refuses to let the lawsuit change his lifestyle.

Kim and Kanye -- Baby Yeezus To Be Born on Birthday of Baby Jesus

Kim Kardashian's due date is December 25, 2015 ... seriously.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, doctors have back timed the date of conception and they've been told their son will be born on Xmas day.

Obviously, the due date is always a little up in the air, but Xmas is the likely date, and here's why. We're told Kim has a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterus, which could be dangerous.  

We're told as of now, doctors are planning on a natural birth on Xmas day, but a c-section might be necessary that day for safety reasons, if she doesn't give birth beforehand. 

And, we're told, Kim and Kanye have already booked a Deluxe Maternity Suite at Cedars-Sinai in L.A.

The man accused of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus now says the notion he'd try to off Weezy is as absurd as Drew Brees trying to kill rival QB Matt Ryan.

Lawyers for Jimmy Winfrey -- who's currently behind bars, awaiting trial for the shooting in April -- claim their client did not have a motive to hurt Wayne. The lawyers acknowledge Winfrey was an associate of Young Thug, but they say Y.T. idolizes Wayne.

The lawyers acknowledge there's rivalry in the rap game, but that doesn't mean rappers automatically want to kill each other. Winfrey's lawyers say, "Clearly, the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons are rivals because they are fighting every year to win the same division: the NFC South. Yet, this does not provide a motive for Drew Brees to kill or maim Matt Ryan."

The lawyers say there are indeed actual rap beefs, but the idea that Wayne and Young Thug are the next Tupac and Biggie is absurd.

Cleveland Browns Players -- Furious Over Johnny Manziel ... 'Put Him In the Damn Game'

It's not just the Browns fans who want Johnny Manziel to start at QB -- several Cleveland players are also calling for #2 ... telling TMZ Sports it's "f**ked up" he's still riding the bench. 

We spoke with 3 starting players on the Browns offense -- all of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity -- who tell us the team wants Manziel under center on Sunday ... not Josh McCown. 

One player who admits he's extremely frustrated with the QB situation says, "I love both Johnny and Josh but its f**ked up when you have Johnny come in and play well and has proven to the team that he is the right person for the job."

"It’s frustrating to him and us when you sit a player down when he is playing well. Coach has got to understand you are messing up the chemistry and timing with players and its f**ked up."

Another player tells us, "The team plays better when [Manziel] is in the game. I play better when he plays."

"You can’t get better unless you play. We won when he played and coach has got to trust him like he trusts Josh."

A 3rd player added, "When Johnny in the game it puts the defense on edge. He doesn’t just sit in the pocket, he makes plays. Coach has got to make the change now."

As for McCown, now that's he's 0-2 as the starter ... he says he "understands" why fans want to see Manziel, but insists he's still the right man for the job. Now, it seems he's gonna have to convince his teammates too.

Gary Busey -- Pisses Off Ex-Agent ... Hand Over That 'Big Brother' Money!

Sure, Gary Busey won season 14 of "Celebrity Big Brother," but he wouldn't even have made it into the house without a talent agent who threw a Hail Mary ... so she says.

Vie Marshall claims she was brought in to work as Gary's damage control after he missed a meeting with 'CBB' producers. Marshall says she smoothed things over with show execs, ultimately getting Busey on the British show last year -- but she never got a dime. 

Marshall says Gary's manager agreed to pay for her services, and later told her Gary never signed off ... so there was no official agreement. Translation: Take a hike, lady.

She wants 10% of Gary's show earnings. It's unclear how much he made, but if Tila Tequila pulled $175k, ... safe to assume Gary made at least that much.

A rep for Gary tells TMZ, "This is an old meritless complaint that requires no further comment."
