Jared Fogle -- A Latte and a Laptop at Starbucks (PHOTO)

This pic sure seemed innocent enough when it was taken last year around Christmas time -- Jared Fogle and a guy we think is Russell Taylor staring at a laptop --  but now that we know Fogle and Taylor have been charged with heinous crimes involving children and computers, it takes on a whole new complexion.

The picture was taken at a Starbucks near Jared's house in Indiana, just a few months before Russell was charged with 7 counts of production of child porn and possession of child porn.

As we reported, Jared has struck a plea deal in his case and will serve at least 5 years in prison for possessing child porn and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with minors. Russell's case is ongoing.

You see Jared and a guy who looks identical to Russell staring intently at the laptop. We've blurred his face because there's a remote chance it's not Russell ... but everyone who's seen it in our office says it's a dead ringer. 

The woman who took the pic just saw the guy from Subway and decided to capture the moment. When she saw the news this week and put 2 and 2 together, she says she almost fell off her chair.
